Tim Salisbury: Director

Tim has been working in finance for over 17 years, initially working for Moore Stephens and Coopers & Lybrand. He then diversified into the Investment arena working as a stockbroker before moving into Investment Consultancy, where he has worked for the last decade. Tim joined Peregrine Trustees Limited, part of the Willow Group, in May 2011 and his main responsibility is to develop the client business of the company.
Qualifications: Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment

Gerry Morrissey: Director

With over 30 years experience in Financial Services, Gerry has worked for several major international banks focusing on Private Wealth Management. Prior to joining the Willow Group in 2005, Gerry was Managing Director of Deutsche Bank’s Guernsey office and he brings considerable technical knowledge of all aspects of the fiduciary business to the board of directors.
Qualifications: FCIB, MSc, MSI, TEP

Keith Laker: Director

Keith is one of the founder directors of the Willow Group having previously been a director and shareholder of another fiduciary company. In addition to client management, he is also responsible for the company’s IT systems.
Qualifications: B.Sc, Post Graduate Diploma, M.Sc, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, member of STEP

Delma Laker: Director

Delma specialises in all aspects of compliance, including client verification, through corporate policies & procedures to legal and regulatory issues. Joining the company in 2000 from Ernst & Young, she became one of our directors in 2001 and is the company’s designated Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Qualifications: B.Sc, LLB. M.Sc, Grad ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators).

Sara Farrell: Director

With nearly 30 years experience in the finance sector and worked for Deutsche Bank for over ten years as a senior administrator and product development manager before joining the Group in 2008. She is in overall charge of our administration team and was appointed to the board of directors in 2009.
Qualifications: Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction
